🏪 Become a Franchise
Take a GLC Zone franchise
As a GLC Zone franchise you handle and buy the goods in your city. Selling, pricing, delivery and profit or loss are the company's job. Your job is only to handle and buy.
What you gain
- You earn a commission on your purchase value: 8% in GLC Fresh, and 4% to 8% in GLC Grocery (the company fixes the rate for each purchase).
- The commission reaches your bank within 7 working days, with a statement.
- Whether the company makes a profit or a loss on sales, you are not affected. MRP, selling price and SPV are fully controlled by the company.
- The company provides the goods, packing material, transport and delivery, branding and advertising, one trained employee (salary paid by the company) and your franchise certificate.
- Refundable deposit: in GLC Fresh, vegetables Rs 20,000, fruits Rs 20,000, both Rs 40,000. In GLC Grocery, Rs 50,000. Returned within 30 days when the agreement ends.
- There is a yearly software fee of Rs 2,000, which is not refundable.

- A shop or space where goods can be stored, weighed and packed
- Counter and bill machine, electricity, internet, computer / printer, crates, weighing scale, water, packing staff, CCTV / security and furniture (all at the franchise's own cost)
- A way to arrange the refundable deposit

🤝 DPCP Partner
Manage riders and Cash on Delivery in your area, earn a monthly commission
DPCP stands for Delivery Payment Channel Partner. You manage the riders of your area (district or block). The Cash on Delivery (COD) money a rider takes from the customer comes to you; you check the accounts and hand it over to the company on time. For this work you earn a monthly commission.
What you gain
- A commission on the monthly COD collection (volume). The commission % is fixed by the company in your agreement. Items returned in that month are deducted from the volume.
- Last month's commission reaches your bank next month with a UTR number. The "Commission" report in your portal shows the day-by-day and monthly accounts.
- Your own DPCP portal (installs like an app on your phone): your riders, their cash, handovers, daily Day Close, settlements, commission statements and chat with the company.
- A district DPCP can create block agents for its blocks and grow its network.
- Your riders earn 75% of the delivery charge and carry a rider ID card. You handle their hiring and KYC.
How a day works
- Morning: your riders receive orders and go out for delivery.
- At delivery: the customer pays COD to the rider, and the rider's app records "cash collected".
- Evening: the rider hands the cash over to you, and you mark the handover in the portal.
- Daily Day Close: you tally the cash (how much was collected, how much was handed over, how much is pending).
- To the company: you pass the COD money on to the company on time.
- Month end: your commission is calculated on that month's COD volume (returns deducted) and paid into your bank the following month.
Example (only to explain; your actual % is in your agreement): suppose your riders collect Rs 10,00,000 of COD in a month and items worth Rs 50,000 are returned. Your commission is calculated on Rs 9,50,000.
What you need
- Your own area (district / block) and contacts with riders, or the ability to bring them in
- KYC: ID, PAN and bank details
- A security deposit and a cash limit set in your agreement (how much COD cash you may hold at one time)
- Honesty with cash: any shortage or mismatch is the DPCP's responsibility
- Closing the day's accounts (Day Close) every evening
